To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable.
We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled.
Allow up to 3 -5 business days for PROCESSING confirmation sent via email.
ADDITIONAL 2-3 business days for shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 days depending on location.
Signature is required at the time of delivery.
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).
Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.
Due to the covid -19, there are many shipping delays. Processing on orders take approximately 3-5 business days. All orders will ship out between 5 -10 business days. this is just an Estimate time because of the delay in shipping. We will try our best to ship out orders at least within two business days or the same day depending on the time of the day we received your order. Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-10 business days. For shipping on orders outside of the US can take up to 7-12 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase.
ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . EXCEPTIONS ONLY ON SATURDAY IF ORDERS HAS BEEN DELAYED. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS All packages are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class depending on your choice. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will have to pay $20.
What if I never received my item?
At Autumn Lips we pride ourselves in making sure each order is being packaged with love & care, but unfortunately things do get tossed around during the shipment process. We are not responsible for ANY lost, damage or stolen packages after they leave the Autumn Lips facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
