*RETURN & REFUND POLICY*

At *AUTUMN.LIPS.LLC*, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or personal preference.

*Final Sale Policy*
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products & clothing merch, all items are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
Exceptions (Important)
We will only offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
* You received the wrong item
* Your item arrived damaged
If any of the above occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
* Order number
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Allergic Reactions / Sensitivities
We do not offer refunds or replacements for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase and performing a patch test prior to use.

  • This includes address changes, product swaps, or order adjustments
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final once submitted.

*Order Issues (Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items Only)*

We only provide resolution in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • An item is missing from your order

To request assistance, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or resolution.


*Lost or Stolen Packages*
Once an order is in possession and/or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, *AUTUMN.LIPS.LLC* is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

*5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes*
By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
* Order review restrictions
* Future order refusal
We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues directly with customers.

*HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? *

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME BEFORE THE PROCESSING DAYS ARE OVER ASKING FOR AN UPDATE (simply because there is no update, I am working to fulfill your order completely and with love before your due date )

*I need help with sizing.*

Models always wears an Xsmall unless specified in the description.
If an item runs too small or big it will be listed on that description.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ALL SALES ARE FINAL! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ DESCRIPTIONS AND PICK CORRECT SIZES. MODEL/C.E.O WILL ALWAYS BE WEARING A SIZE XSMALL UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
